The Half Shoe
This was part of a continued project to dismantle a shoe and document its various pieces. The was cut with a band saw and then 56 photos were uploaded to Autodesk ReCap to generate the model. The model was then set in a stage made in 3ds Max with 3-point lighting to create these renders.
A Small Rock
Photogrammetry involves taking many pictures all around a physical object to derive a 3D model. For this rock, I painted it white to achieve a better contrast with its indentations and then took 127 photos all around it. The photos were then compiled in Autodesk ReCap and a model was generated that was then cleaned up manual to clear away any part of the surface it was photographed. After this, it was 3D printed.
